Rictor Engineering Limited specialise in small and medium batch production of high quality sheet metal parts, in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium material up to 3 mm thick. Our major processes include CNC Laser profiling, CNC punching, CNC folding, Mig / Tig pulse welding and powder coating. Numerous specialised functions for example machining, electro-plating and MOD painting are outsourced.

Since 1984 the Company has provided a sub-contract role to manufacturing industry in the supply of sheet metal fabricated parts and components. It is a modern, well equipped supplier to the Aerospace, Automobile, Electronic, Food, Gaming, Leisure, Railway and Water treatment Industries with an enviable reputation for quality, cost and delivery.

This involvement with top of the range  Trumpf CNC laser profiling, Punching and forming equipment together with our investment  in Radan software now enables us to accept many client drawings and models direct to the CNC machines, thereby eliminating the possibility of drawing translation errors.

Quality is, of course, of prime importance to our clients and ourselves and we adopted a stage-by-stage operator inspection system in addition to an overall finished job inspection procedure. Our reject rate is extremely low and our registration under ISO 9002 (being converted to ISO 2000) shows our continued commitment to quality.
